TWO NIGHT MINIMUM IS REQUIRED ON WEEKENDS
ALL GUEST and PETS MUST BE REGISTERED, DAY OR NIGHT GUEST
A $50.00 PER DAY FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR UNREGISTERED GUEST AND PETS. PLUS POSSIBLE EVICTION FOR VIOLATION>
TRASH THE HOT TUB A $250.00 cleaning fee.
A THREE NIGHT MINIMUM IS REQUIRED ON HOLIDAY WEEKEND
50% DEPOSIT REQUIRED at time of reservation, with credit card. Balance due 7 days before check in.
Cancellations: There must be a 30-day cancellation notice. Under 30 days deposit not refunded unless we can rent the cabin for those days.
Deposits are refunded IF we can rent the cabin prior to the reservation date
.A $50.00 fee is APPLIED to all refunds
There is no refund for anything weather or nature related.
Agree to do no charge backs.
Above normal cleaning, Fee $50.00 per hour
